Transfer from Karasuma Oike Station on the Karasuma Line to the Tozai Line, and get off at Nijojo-mae Station.

From Karasuma Station take Kyoto City Bus 12 or 101 to Nijojo-mae bus stop; A 5 min taxi ride from Omiya Station.
